Born and raised in Los Angeles, the first thing I remember wanting to be when I grew up was an actor - then a writer, then a film score composer, then a lawyer, then a US Senator, but somehow I ended up becoming an appraiser. On the path to figuring out what I wanted to do, I learned that I'm a very analytical person. I like looking at data and trying to discern relationships and patterns. I majored in political science and received a BA from DePaul University. I received my MA from The University of Arizona. I started training to become a Certified Residential Appraiser in January of 2018. I've accumulated over 2000 hours of field training, and passed the Certified Residential Appraiser Exam in September of 2019. My life currently consists of learning more about the real estate industry through continuing education and participation in appraisal associations, reading adventure and apocalyptic dystopian books, playing piano, singing, cooking, and spending time with my family. I'm thankful for the blessings and opportunities I've been given to pursue my goals and interests.

What if one team was taking cheap shots and ignoring the rules, yet there were no flags on the play or appropriate penalties … Continue reading Foul Ball!
