Edmond Smith Valuations is a Real Estate Appraisal company under Edmond Smith Enterprises, LLC. It was founded by Nikki J.E.Smith in 2022 with a commitment to providing unbiased, data-driven, quality appraisals for local residents in Tucson and surrounding areas.
Edmond Smith Valuations utilizes the most up to date valuation techniques and technology such as data analysis and visualization software, mobile appraisal inspection tools, laser measuring, and continuing education classes to enhance appraisal accuracy and provide reliable results.
Principal Appraiser
Nikki J.E. Smith is a Certified Residential Appraiser and Owner of Edmond Smith Valuations. She received her BA in Political Science/Pre-Law from DePaul University and her MA in Political Science from the University of Arizona. Though born and raised in Los Angeles, CA, she prefers the mountains over the beach. She moved to Tucson in 2008 for graduate school and like a lot of people, stayed in appreciation of the beauty of the mountains and desert. She began her appraising career in 2018. In addition to her Certified Residential Appraiser license, she holds the Designated Supervisory Appraiser license. At the beginning of 2024, she accepted a position with Maricopa County as a Data Analytic Appraiser where she employs statistical modeling for mass appraisal valuations. She enjoys cooking, playing the piano, and spending time with her family.
